In the artistic process, as in life, I have repeatedly learnt the hazards of remaining fixed in a mindset or pattern – and the truth and flow that come when we release our sense of control and surrender like the element of water.

The essence of this dragon is most clearly expressed by the sweep of her tail, crowned by the playful loopings of its end.
